Unless otherwise specified, the materials and services on this website are for your personal and non-commercial use, and you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, or whole packages (SoftSymbols™) or portions (whole or partial VectorWorks® Object Libraries) of software, products or services obtained from the website without the written permission from Steve Shelley. You do have the permission to copy or modify individual resources in the VectorWorks® Object Libraries to transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or transfer documents representing a partial or complete Lighting Design. Such documents are commonly known as a "Light Plot" or a "Lighting Section". Disclaimer Although limited questions may be answered regarding this product, employees of FA&A or Template Enterprises are not authorized by VectorWorks® as Certified Technical Support. Because of that, if you encounter difficulty with any tool or command of the program other than symbol shape, we are not authorized to provide significant assistance. Many resources are available to assist learning the program. Many of the books written by Ms. Janis Kent, including the WorksTutorial and the WorksManual are excellent. The discussion forums at Nemetschek (the authors of VectorWorks®), are an excellent place to ask questions. Nemetschek’s Technical Support telephone phone number is (410) 290-5114. This is not a toll-free call. There are VectorWorks® user groups in many cities, and user groups online. Many lighting design instructors and students nation-wide are knowledgeable about many aspects of the program. By purchasing this product, you agree that you have some clue as to how to use VectorWorks®, and it’s assumed you understand Macintosh and Windows OS terms including Open, New File, and Shut Down. It’s also assumed that you understand basic VectorWorks terms such as marquee-selection, keyboard shortcuts, and the Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) Keys, to name a few. If you discover a symbol error, such as incorrect data field information, or a hybrid symbol that doesn’t correctly function, please contact us so that it can be corrected. But if you have difficulty using tools and commands of the VectorWorks® application or the SpotLight application (such as the Label Legend Manger, Classes, or Layers) this agreement does not give you the right to contact us and expect us to provide you with VectorWorks® technical support.
